I went with my road tires: Bontrager AW1 Hard-Case Lite Road Tire 700×32
no time/or desire to change tires… worked out alright as long as you stay light on the bike and smooth and scared in the turns. The last picture has detail of the tire (near-slick) and the knobbies on a ride-buddy’s bike.

yea it’s not to bad. Things are more capable than we give them credit for. Just like those times in Top Gear where you are off roading in an exotic or something stupid and I’m always shocked how well they end up doing. May not be the right tool, but it’s the tool you have.
