Ti with a triple? Absolutely worth $1200. The last bike you will ever buy.
You will LOVE the forgiving ride of titanium vs aluminum or carbon. And you can drop it without ruining it.

7700 is a really nice classic groupset, one of my favorites.
Any nice Ti road bike under $1500 is a good deal, imo. This is salivatory.

A triple? Urg, a wee bit outdated. $1,000-1,200.

I’d pass it by and find a carbon frame with at least 10 speed Ultegra. A semi compact crankset (50/34) will give you excellent range. A carbon frameset won’t outlive a titanium frame, but who cares? A 5-8 year old carbon bike will be easy to find in the $1,200-1,500 range.

As long as it’s your size, yes. If it’s even slightly big, pass.
