This thing is just unsecured on my front wheel. I can sort of screw it in to the wheel but it doesn’t stay there for long

It’s a bearing seal/cover. Just keeps water and dirt out. Just smash it back on. If it keeps coming off, have a bike shop put some grease in there to help it stick.
