I pre ordered in December. I can't remember but I think they were originally meant to ship in March? Shipping date on the product page keeps getting shifted back without any contact from Raketa. I've sent them a couple of friendly emails asking for estimated delivery dates but I've had nothing back.
Was expecting them to take a while because it's Raketa but this is starting to feel absurd.
Anyone else in the same boat?

Their insta looks like they’re prioritizing the Olympic track teams first. This is why I never preorder
Raketa can be absolutely shocking at customer service at times. But they do eventually ship your package, and then you go through the entire process again because their gear is so good
Pre-ordered in December and still waiting. Previously ordered multiple hubs, partially with 6+ months shipping time as well.

Original shipping date for mine when I inquired in January that earliest would be April. lol glad I didn’t go thru with the preorder.
Just wait until you learn about the lead time for Keycaps. A few month wait is basically considered 2 day shipping in the mechanical keyboard community

Even tho customer service is not responding they still have very good reputation 😅
I’ve considered raketa for a couple of things, but after reading and knowing people who have ordered and waited close to a year for a part, and have had very little to absolutely no contact in between, I wouldn’t ever buy anything from them
