Looks like they are switching to 45mm Shimano wheels for the SL models, 45mm Mavic wheels for the rival/105di2 SLX models en 65mm Mavic wheels for the higher spec models.
I really liked those DT Swiss wheels, and 65mm is reaaaally deep. Plus, it looks like the aeroad has become more expensive again. Didn’t suspected this before the updated aeroad. Hopefully the price will nog again go up if they release the new one.
