Im using a Mission Nexus sprocket, it should be the right size but it needs a crazy amount of for it to be flush. any tips?

Ok found out its an older model Nexus sprocket, which is 19mm…

When my thunder bolts were new it was a supertight fit to get my sprocket on. The Nexus should be 5/16 since you got it over the spindle (which is 22mm) What I did was take a little square of wood about the size of the sprocket and drilled a hole in the middle for the spindle to go through. Then took a rubber mallet and hammered the crank arm to seat the sprocket.

It took quite some effort to get my sprocket on there. It’s a 24mm diameter (dame as most sprockets now) but I guess the coating makes it a little bigger then that. I wouldn’t recommend to sand it down since that could mess up the fitment.

Inner sprocket diameter is 24mm

But that raised ring on the boss side…..
DITCH THE 22mm SPROCKET ADAPTER 😀
