It looks like a re-branded Raleigh Sport from the 60s or 70s.. (this was common, Raleighs were rebranded by several companies)
Also the front end has been crashed, the fork is bent back pretty bad. Usually these bikes are 3-speeds with Sturmey Archer internal hubs, and handbrakes, so the fact it’s a single speed and the poor condition it’s in doesn’t make it worth much.
