It’s not a terrible price, and it’s plenty to get started with. The upgrade to a dropper post is kinda cool for a bike in this price range, as long as it works well.

It’s not really slack for downhill riding but for $350 you’re not going to get hardcore hardtail either.
I agree with the other person – not a bad price, Norco is a pretty solid brand. Watch a video or four about how to see if a fork or dropper are trashed or if they are still working properly. If it’s working well, negotiate a bit then buy it and ride the shit out of it until you want something better to keep progressing. If the fork and dropper are trashed, it’s probably too much PITA / headache to be worthwhile.
