Headed to Brevard/Pisgah this weekend and planning on getting myself and wife on some gravel. Her skills, fitness and thirst for adventure aren't on par with mine so shorter and shallower routes are on the menu. I've got this route picked out but any other suggestions in the sub 10mi and sub 1kft would be greatly appreciated.

Go look at the gravel in DuPont. No traffic and less climbing. I don’t have any routes because I only use the gravel to connect singletrack.
