I was wondering what makes more sense, space and reliability wise. I currently have 2 anything cages and have space for 3 more. I could also add 2 mini panniers for nearly the same price? Which would you choose and why?

i did one of each for my gap/c&o trip last year and that was perfect. used anything cage to carry extra hydroflask and my sandals; used the mini-pannier to carry tools, spares, snacks, wallet, and electronics (cables, battery pack, etc). the ortlieb mini-panniers have a quick release mount so they’re super handy for storing things you need access to and/or take with you off the bike.
