The prices posted are in Canadian dollars. These are the only ones that would fit my height (4’11”).
If these bikes are priced too high, would it be better to just get a brand new hybrid/city bike from my LBS (5th picture) as they kinda have good sales right now?
I’m planning to use the bike mainly for commuting to work & workouts on weekends.

Most of the prices are a bit high, but not extreme.
If this were for commuting only, I’d be inclined to say just go with the new hybrid. If you’re planning to use the bike for workouts though, I personally would avoid the hybrid because I find the upright riding position awkward for exercising.
If it were me, I’d probably offer C$450 for the 2012 giant.
I’d skip all of these and go pick up something far more reasonable at Decathlon or SportingLife
