Somehow the pedal was pushed through the wheel and I was trying to get it out. The plastic started melting because it’s very very hot outside.
The pedal is stuck front and back.

Hacksaw, multi tool etc. Hack the pedal up and remove from the crank and buy new
Heat gun? Pliers? Saw?
Maybe you can take the pedal or wheel (or both) off first to make it easier to work on.
If it got in, it can get out. Slowly slowly.
