good morning it is Monday mine Dave’s got his Black trailer the bushes have grown excuse me but there appears to be a door that is opened hello are you empty good that’s good news good good news excuse me get off H get on there you might just be seeing green right now but that’s all I’m seeing as well green wrong you come with me ah ah it’s [Music] wet nature I can’t believe we got it oh my God who knows if we go to a a cat Truck Wash I might send it through they’re all that in force today I saw backing on this one no no no no no we got the black tra so happy we got the Black trailer back right so what we’re going to do this morning we’re going to get some fuel right now we’re going to make our way to Halifax sonoko you know that place that we’ve been to three times but only picked up one load we’re going there uh which I don’t mind I like that I like place it’s been nightmare to get to whatever so we’ll going to son Co and then we’ll going drop that off uh somewhere and then pick some up somewhere and then deliver that to Donnie so I know the beginning and I know the end but I don’t know the in between it’s like a really [ __ ] B [ __ ] I know the beginning and I know the end what happens in between who gives a [ __ ] so if you can if if you’ve noticed this is a pretty quick like morning like introduction I will do more later on so all right I’ll do another don’t stay on so I’ll tell you the story about this morning when see I’m hyped up now I’m getting I’m getting more you know carismatic this is Dave the anger trucker and welcome to a week in the life of Dave the anger trucker there to do that’s what we’ve got to do to attract the young people in to like get more people like subscribe subscribe to me let’s turnone it down just a bit shaller let’s just turn that knob down just a bit right so this morning woke up went to work got to work walked in the office got my paperwork and then realized man got his phone so man had to turn around get in his car drive back you know the legal limit yes he to drive back at the illegal limit uh got back home grabbed the phone off the table got back in the car and then drove back to work again respectively the legal limit why is it though why is it right whenever you’re in a rush whenever you’re late for something there is someone on the road that is so l b they’re just like oh yes 30 bag on 30 not slow down after the 30 sign like most people do which is illegal but at the same it’s the norm I was behind this guy and why is it the guy that’s in front of you is going the exact same place you are turning right when I’m turning right he turning left when I’m and you’re just going to you ex me to work so yeah uh I had that this morning we got back to work got the Black trailer that’s all that’s all all I’m bothered about I thought if I have to go back home and then come back and that Black trailer is gone I’ll be pissed I’ll be pissed the only problem is on Friday I didn’t wash the truck cuz I got back late so the truck’s dirty the trailer’s dirty so we’re going to be looking for a truck stop that has a truck wash and get it done um so today we are back at sonoko recycling we all know this place don’t we I know we are repeating jobs aren’t we we we doing too much we need we need a unique job don’t we we need some that’s just like better instead of just doing you know curtain and S work cuz Curt and S work tends to be the same stuff you know you get a contract and you stick to it you just do that job uh we need some fun like I need to do something like like uh clamity Kim I don’t know if you know clamity Kim is but clamity Kim does a lot of heavy heavy heavy holding Goods like she does heavy [ __ ] and all the videos are fun it’s likeo where his m is just like oh yeah another curtain side load well done Dave even trucker girl’s doing more exciting than I’m doing she’s gone to France and Italy there’s a lot of people that say that trucker girl isn’t a proper trucker because of what she does right but now because she’s G abroad she’s now more she’s more trucker than I am she’s more trucker than I am I’ve never been abroad in a truck I would like to but I’m not going to because if you can imagine if I’m angry with people in the UK how angry I’m going to be with people that don’t understand me no we’re currently waiting to go on the bay ex they hit the walls and also my wife gets pissed off and she starts kicking me in the balls most of all I’m breaking [Music] those all right we’ve arrived at corc um there’s a truck here and there’s one truck in there so I just pared up behind here thinking maybe it’s just like you know one truck only in right a little advice for anyone that’s W to take up Trucking or someone that is Trucking currently whatever you do right if you ever feeling peckish and you go to a shell Services right and you see those ham and cheese Toasties right they’re for eatting while you’re not driving don’t eat them while driving because I did obviously one hand here and I’m like I’m you know doing me [ __ ] eating that [ __ ] the cheese came out at the back end of it right it shut on me basically the cheese shut on my hand right and I am obviously I’ve got in my mouth and it’s not I can’t break it off I’ve got like try to chew it off while this scolded hot lava cheese is on my finger so I can’t let go of it I can’t let go steering wheel so I’m like so pain is just everywhere it’s burning my mouth it’s burning me finger eventually I got it off I slam the cheese the the toasty on the dash it is still hurting now I’ve got third degree burns on this finger from mozzarella but yeah that uh something you don’t want to do don’t don’t if you’re going to eat them eat them packed up all right don’t try and eat them especially after they’ve been out of the oven for 1.2 minutes no it was not enjoyable it was not enjoyable uh I got I got all yeah yeah anyway let’s go and uh see if we can get in here and get this delivered today now soon I’m not sure if he’s waiting or what I’m going to grab a word him I’m going to grab a word a few moments later well these guys are extremely strict there is only one truck l in there at a time so I’ve walked down to go see for this guy here is not booked until 2:00 I’m booked in at 1:00 so I’ve gone down there talk to forlift driver oh I can’t load where y stood there mate oh no Jesus Christ I’m stood at the front corner of the the truck pretty much like you know behind the front of the truck e’s at the side I’m like for sake mate I says mate how am I meant to get in here if I can’t talk to someone about getting in here some place I I know it’s not him I know it’s not the faultless driver it’s the rules of this place but some rules are just beyond ridiculous it’s like mate what the do you not think us as drivers know what a forlift does do you not think we know that that thing can lift over 2 ton which means it probably weighs 2 ton to lift 2 ton that’s how that works we know that if that runs us over it’s going to hurt honestly I don’t know how us drivers make it out in the real world you know how how are truck drivers not like getting run over by cars and other trucks when crossing the road to get to the pub you know what I mean how do we do it I don’t know how how do we not see people crossing the road they all way high Vis they’re all invisible they’re all invisible all of them it’s uh it’s one of these things I me I understand some [ __ ] right look I understand steel toeat boots I understand that you never know something might happen and your fot might get run over it’s a something might fall you might get your foot hit right that is yes high visibility vests and for what when you can’t see people that’s nighttime right the reason why it’s high Vis you know why it’s got these shiny things on it is so when your lights hit it it reflects and you see them through the daytime if you can’t see a person walking you’re blind oh okay that one’s over hard hats right I agree with hard hats if you are going to a place like for instance uh a Brickyard you know where there’s a possibility you could get struck on the head by a falling brick all right you know a brick Falls hit you on the it’s going to hurt you wear hard hat that brick is it’s still going to hurt a bit but it’s you know it’s off not don’t I don’t don’t make sense to me he go somewhere like a chemical place like a chemical Factory like tradebe in Foley he pointless why what I understand the goggles to protect your eyes from the acidic from the alkal from all the chemicals that could probably blind you I understand that I do I understand but a had hat right what what and it’s common sense if someone’s unloading the side of a trailer just stand back gloves I understand gloves gloves I understand thick gloves not those crappy like Rubble BS you get you know for working on cars and that no that’s [ __ ] you don’t if you wear them while you’re Trucking you’re a [ __ ] [ __ ] boy right oh girl so gloves I understand you want to protect your fingers and it there you need these to drive do you know but the high Vis through the day just don’t make sense to me high visibility vest isn’t this it isn’t the yellow right the high visibility vest is this so I could wear a black high is with high visitability material on it that’d be perfectly fine I’m going to do that I’m going to buy myself a black hi is I’m going to buy myself a black hi is and I dare I dare anyone just say you know where the hive is cuz I will point out very quickly that that is hi is this is cotton you prick all this because a forlift driver saw me in his peripheral vision there are reasons to things and there are stupid reasons and things and I’ve just pointed out perfectly those things is it going to change no it’ll never change because you know people like having too much control you know dvsa is just as bad now right now we have to put two ratchet straps on two ibc’s if you’ve got an IBC on that’s full of liquid I think the max you can take on an IBC is one and 1/2 ton I’m not sure I think that’s how so yeah so right even if we have 1 and A2 ton so two ibc’s opposite each other that’s 1 and2 ton each that’s 3 ton total right my ratchet straps are 5 ton right you can tell that right this is one I prepared earlier right you can tell the weight of a ratc strap right by these black lines okay see these one 2 3 four five for each line you get is a ton all right so one ton two ton three ton four ton 5 ton right if you have one line one black line in Middle that’s one ton that’s how it works right this is a 5 ton ratchet strap 5 ton right that is perfectly adequate to do three ton two ibcs perfectly adequate but the dvsa the dvsa have decided no no no no no no no no no no no carrying a full load of liquid in an IBC you require two ratchet straps on your ibc’s so that is 10 ton on three ton and not only that that means I’m carrying 26 ratchet straps ratchets and straps I’ve got to carry 20 I ain’t got to space how many years right how many years have we been using five T ret straps to hold down 3 T how many years and all of a sudden they’ve just decided nah let’s do 10 why is it apparently apparently what it is the dvsa say that the skeleton of the IBC is weak in the middle so when you’re tightening these down you’re bending the ibcs which is basically you know that means it’s stuck that means it’s got enough pressure down it that it’s not going to move when you bend it down if you’ve got some right how the why am I explaining this to people right if you got some it and you’re strapp it like this yeah strapp it like this do it this way you’re strapp it it like this right and it is perfectly flat you have put enough pressure on but if you somehow do it and it does that it curves around it that means it’s on tight obviously not to the dvsa apparently dvsa don’t believe in that that was advisory that was advis they always they said oh we we we uh we recommend putting two straps on an IBC but now it’s not it’s law so that means that EV that each of those trues have to now gain an extra 13 that is 130 straps they have to go out and buy ratchets and straps and these things are cheap these things are not cheap I’m going on eBay right I know cuz eBay is cheapest right eBay is the cheapest place to go right 5 ton for one ratchet strap for one it is £450 £450 right so that’s on eBay you know eBay is cheaper than most places right so £450 * 130 £ 1,885 1,000 885 even though 5 ton is perfectly safe and that’s just Hol Kenneth Al have like you know rigids they have other artics and they have like three artics on tpn have four they must be getting commission they honestly they must be getting Commission of these companies that sell ratchet straps must be must be how else why else but yeah all right I’ve gone I’ve gone on a tangent I’m going to have a rest now I’m getting an headache I’m getting a headache I is this place we’ve delivered the place that we you know with the whole hi is thing and whatever and we now at um darling picking up [Music] from I don’t know the freaking name we’re going to be going from Birmingham back here to clean tank on Thursday I don’t know how it’s going to take me that long to do that job but apparently M thinks that it will unless I’m booked in at Birmingham and I can’t get for a certain time then that would make sense you know it could be longer wait so it could be waiting around for L of Tik toks L Tik toks will be made we’re we’re chilling out we’ve ped basically just outside door so I know exactly when they start and just roll straight in uh yeah so here we are ready to go to bed I know you haven’t seen much today has just been all re door load so basically everything we picked up and delivered today has just been rored so I’m sorry you couldn’t see much uh but you got a little bit like me ranting about random things which I still absolutely petrify this thing could have it in room with him my daughter she didn’t care she’s like whatever it’s just it’s a toy and um so basically I say well I’ll take him so I took the green one I don’t know if you’ve all noticed but I’ve got took teeth see I’ve I’ve got big book teeth I’ve got book teeth I’m books bunny basically anyway so I got these cuz I thought they reminded me of my teeth they made me feel like my teeth weren’t that bad so I I have these to remind myself so if I ever feel like oh God I ate my teeth I want to get my teeth pulled out I just look back here and I think could be worse could it it could be worse off my son and daughter right my wife bought me this one I don’t know why but she did she bought me that one uh this one was I think this one was another gift what did I buy that one I think I might got that I think I like look it like Batman he that’s the Batman one it yeah yeah yeah I got I got this one Hannah bought me that one blesser which I think is probably the oldest one I’ve got this one came from my wife again that one I always look at this one where I think my teeth could be that bad but yeah this one where’d that one come from I have no right so I I started work at hour 6 didn’t get in the gate until 7:00 Got Loaded that took about an hour and a half maybe two because he dropped a loot of pallets and we had to restack him and get him back on so I didn’t he did so that took around about 2 hours to do that so that’s what that’s that’s half n right now I left here to go to Birmingham which happens to be the other side of Birmingham so that’s 3 hours cuz it’s took me 3 hours and 35 minutes to get back so that’s 3 hours and 35 minutes to get there so that is now 12 that’s 1:00 so we’re there at 1 it then took them 2 hours to unload me ridiculous but then again they unloaded me and reloaded me so that took him two hours to do that and then took me three and a half so that’s what we up to so that’s that’s 3:00 and then yeah that’s that’s that’s perfect how’s what I just don’t understand I don’t understand this is my thinking brush I just this is that’s crazy that is crazy I mean I expected to get back here and still be able to unload but they must they must finish work at 5:00 it’s a good thing I got reversing isn’t it it’s a good thing I did that reverse uh footage otherwise today I’d be like just boring he’s literally just been me driving all day driving and waiting waiting and driving that is the life of a trucker driving and waiting driving to wait and waiting to drive that is what life is cool so now I’ve finished at half six I’ve got nothing to do there’s nothing local right that that there tell me that right there what is that that looks like a it looks like a weather spoon is that a weather even more Haribo and then other not Haribo sweets uh so we’re delivering that to Liverpool and then we’re going to ble so pick up somewh else for Monday and then we have too to pick up the rest of it for Monday so basically going to have like five drops on Monday he’s still trying to send me close to London again not actually London but like the outskirts of it again so I’m just like oh yeah and uh some of good news we H 300,000 followers on Facebook so that’s now 550,000 on Tik Tok 300,000 on Facebook and 11,000 on YouTube look I I understand look it’s harder for you guys it’s harder for me to get you know where I want to be on YouTube thing is though I understand right Tik Tok is for the people that don’t have much attention span Facebook is designed for people that still wish that my has been nonstop it’s been continuous since I’ve got here like trucks been going on and off all day like for the hold of 2 hours so I think 2 hours in too bad to be Hest so yeah now we’re going 11 mes up road to get the load the first the first of the last load for Monday so the first last drop for Monday if you get me and then we go to IO and get the rest of it the other four drops it is now 12:00 we just spent 2 hours was there for six pallets 2 hours for six pallets I hope IO is empty please tell me IO is [Music] empty all right we’ve made it to IO the last job of the day we here this is where we are this is the dream we’re living uh it’s for Canterbury kennish town stevenage and South [Music] wigston for the world to see to [Music] [Music] TR so guess what I did so I got in the cab down there and me shoot for our door there yeah I didn’t I didn’t noce I didn’t notic it had fallen out right so what I do I run it over so we’re here at normi uh truck stop as you can see the truck wash there you go uh no idea how much this is going to cost me uh cuz uh it’s not uh I ain’t going to pay for it but I want this truck and trailer clean for Monday so uh bit of fun there yeah yeah so uh we’re going to get in here get this whole thing washed up looking clean looking tidy um yeah and then we’re going to go home this is the first time we’re going through ever didn’t know I did Van in truck washes something what bag of [ __ ] it’s closing window in it [Music] so the time to move forward a bit more and instead he went out [Music] [Laughter] I got truck and trailer so I paid the full price for it honestly I’m going to I’m going to look smooth I think I the shut the up I know there’s people there that’s the whole idea if they one there I W get wed that camera fall in there that top one no no no be all on it should be that’s a good point so so yeah he’s saying um what about that Wing that camera will it be all right I don’t know it’s a good point though is it we’re about to find out let’s watch shall we just so awkward it be so awkward it being right there I mean I’m used to it being a car being a bit further away but it’s [ __ ] right there oh do I need to put Wing mirrors the wheels are never going to get clean because it’s amurai paint you know it’s [ __ ] if uh if there’s anyone out there that wants to sell me some chrome wheels or you know wants to sponsor me with chrome wheels let me know uh so what I want is I want Wheels like look The Backs I’ve double painted the back so the back’s shine really nice with that’s obviously [ __ ] what I want right I want perimeter for the back of the truck but I didn’t want to spend thousands of pounds on getting it done so what I did on eBay saw some lights that I really liked I thought it look a bit different bought them and they’ve come today and there’s there’s an issue the trailer Mar lights and that’s not just the only issue I’ve bought quite a lot of them they’re all doubled up in there’re yeah all but the good thing is though the thing that the other thing I ordered actually is the correct size you know maybe if I like read the instructions I just I just buy stuff cuz I like look of it right so on the back back I’ve got two square lights there for like you know reversing and stuff or like you know lighting up the back end but the’re rusted and they’re completely damaged and the wrong color see there bang on that’s what I wanted that’s yes the these these in between here turn orange and red so H at least something right I won’t going to do now I’m going to have to either bdge something to make these work or no I’m just going to B I’m not I’m not I’m not not using them I’m using them don’t care I’ll be the only person with trailer marker likes as a perimeter around yeah MH and plus right your perimet lightings 57 quid per bulb per strip 6 for 20 quid who’s winning who’s winning what these go I’ve got spare who’s a losing now yeah I might look stupid but at least I’ve got yeah right I just look stupid obviously I might look I might look stupid but I I’m thinking I’m always thinking saving money cuz I’m Yorkshire what’s last thing I say what maybe a budget is 0 maybe a budget of0 cuz I’m Yorkshire or in this case purchase with a budget of not a lot because I’m your no being dodgy because I’m yorshire there you go and they’re also very thick as well just I’ll point this out they’re quite thick so these are definitely going to stand out yeah they’ll be bright they’ll be [ __ ] bright I tell they’ll be bright right anyway I’m off and now I’ve got to try and like convince our last this was a good purchase and that was this was completely worth it
