Most likely late 80’s, very early 90’s judging by the DT shifters. one seems to be a Syncro shift unit. Looks like you also have Campy LAMBDA rims, which show up first in the 1989 Campagnolo Rims catalog using that label.

Nice bike. And the Campy bits have become pretty valuable.
I doubt the manufacture will be very helpful.
My suggestion is to sign up for bike forums.net and post your bike in the classic-vintage subforum.
