I have owned this grizl 8 for almost a year and done about 3500kms on it. I'm now noticing the bottom bracket is noisy. I'm new to cycling so not sure what options there are to replace it so any recommendations would be appreciated

You should try eliminating every other option before you do the BB. I would suspect you don’t have the tools for PressFit.
On of my bikes didn’t spin as freely from factory and it was fixed by adjusting to t preload on the crank and greasing the axle.
