Been collecting those parts for almost two years, so it felt great to finally get them on the bike.
I’m still deciding on the brake setup. As you can see, I’m riding right hand → front brake, left hand → rear brake, and not sure what I’ll do with the rear brake cable (hence the electrical tape mounting solution). Will try to sort that out today, but I’d love to hear recommendations.
Most importantly, had a great ride along the Embarcadero this evening!

Yesterday’s updates: I flipped the rear wheel, so I’m no longer riding fixed as in my [last post](https://reddit.com/r/FixedGearBicycle/comments/ilbvv3/criagslist_with_the_hookup_look_ac_364_heritage/). Also switched to the [Bubbly Pedals](https://www.sim.works/collections/simworks-by-mks/products/bubbly-pedals) and the [Mowmow CrMo Bar](https://www.sim.works/products/mowmow-bar?variant=42552024067) by SimWorks. Added a [Grand Cru Long Reach](https://velo-orange.com/collections/brakes/products/grand-cru-long-reach-brakes) brake by Velo Orange in the rear, paired with a Paul Comp [Canti Lever](https://www.paulcomp.com/shop/components/brake-levers/short-pull/canti-lever/). Also swapped out the stem for a [Nitto CT-80 Chromoly Track Stem](https://www.benscycle.com/nitto-ct-80-chromoly-track-stem-stem_nitto_ct-80_870/p). Finally, changed the grips to these clear [Stolen Hive Grip Super Stick Bike Grips](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09D8RBRB7).

every time i see one of these all i can think is this is one of my favorite if not my favorite bike frame of all time.
