  1. You can try turning the dials on top clockwise to increase spring preload, but that’ll only get them so much stiffer before you run out of travel. 90% sure those needed physically different springs

    Looks like you have 2 dials on top to adjust your dampening which is what makes your fork soft. Turn both towards the negative side and you will stiffen your suspension.

  3. These old Bombers are an open-bath coil and oil set up. The knobs on top are along preload adjustments. You basically can dial in a bit of additional stiffness but it’s not a macro adjustment.

    To significantly increase the spring rate you need to change out the springs. They would have come in soft/medium/firm.
