I live in SEPA and there has been a bicycle/walking path project happening for the last I don’t know how long. It’s finally starting to shape up and today I noticed this bicycle repair stand with tools and air! Sits near a trolley stop.
I hope it doesn’t get vandalized.

What is SEPA (other than the Europen money transfer protocol)? South Eastern Pennsylvania? Or Maybe Pasadena?

Nice until the usual bike hating vandals take out their primitive irrational aggression against it. We have the same repair stations on our trails and they always seem to be broken.
The shopping cart next to the bike stand isn’t a good sign.
I tried to use the pump on one a few weeks ago. Turns out somebody’s valve core had come out and gotten wedged up in the pump head.
If only the tools had included some needle nose pliers, I could have fixed it. Alas.
