Is this vintage bike worth buying?

This will be my first road bike and I’m planning on using it to bike to work and around the city (mostly flat roads with small hills). I have a 31 inch inseam, and based on online suggestions, I’m looking for a 52-54 cm frame. My budget is up to $500 and I’m considering between either 1) Triban gravel bike (new), 2) retrospect culver (new), 3) vintage Scott (I believe is from the 80s), and 4) vintage Bianchi (I believe also from the 80s?)

I’m pretty new to bikes and would appreciate any suggestions!
