Depends how tall you are, but with a tiny head tube you’ll be putting a lot of leverage, similar to the seatpost

As 6ft1 I’ve been there at least five times when picking up bargains since vast majority of frames are S-M, I’d advice not get stuck on this one. You could swap parts to a bigger frame but unless you really enjoy it, it’s a lot of effort for low end parts.
