Whether you go 56 or 58 will depend on more than just height. You need to know your inseam length and arm length relative to the average 186cm tall male. If you have longer legs and arms than average, you may want to go 58. If those measurements are shorter than average, you may want to go 56.
For your reference, I am 180cm, so quite a bit shorter than you, but ride a 56 frame because my inseam and wingspan are that of someone roughly your height. I look very cramped on a 54 frame despite it being technically the right size for my height.
