Not very much. That was a cheap bike to begin with. It has very low budget components on it. Having said that it will move a person from point A to point B. $50 would be my absolute top dollar if it is rideable as is. There’s a good chance it needs some work. The hubs are suspect and a full tune plus cables and housings, new brake pads and a chain will add up.

I would just donate that bike, personally. Not worth the effort of trying to sell it unless you’re having a garage sale.

Ahhh the RoadMaster Excrement. Worth about $10 if that. Even Walmart bikes are better quality.
