I am new to biking, 5”3/5”4” I forget, around 108 lbs. saw this and it was $150 and lister says there’s no rust and there was a replaced inner tube for the rear tire.

Here’s the desc: Trek 700 hybrid bicycle with a 15° / 38 cm
frame. Excellent condition with a new seat. Zero rust or damage and had not seen much use.
Replaced front inner tube and will include a new inner tube for the rear tire as it is original.
