    edit: mine shifts pretty much fine so i haven’t looked into it much

  2. You need a hanger gauge/straitner. You can’t just eyeball it and 12 speed is pretty sensitive to allignment. 90% of the time for me straighting the hanger will get stuff shifting fine. (I did once have to fully replace the hanger as it was bent in two places)

    You should also regulalry use the barrel to take in slack in the cable as it stretches.

    looks like the cage needs a little tug outward and maybe the hangar is bent a bit inward. need to check with a hangar tool. it’s common for me to bend the cage every now and then to realign. or the hangar is ok but bend the cage out and reset the limit screw so the chain doesn’t jump off the tiny cog. you could use a large wrench by sometimes your hand is enough
