Which one would you build up?

… my first bike build up, will be the giant coldrock with a trusty rusty and reliable 4130 steel frame. To be honest, the condition isn’t the best, but it‘ll give the bike a rat look between some old and new parts.
Brakes, -levers, will be old XT parts and it will roll on Mavic 117/217 SUP Ceramic / XT Wheelset. The drivetrain will be some a Deore 11speed (11-51) and a „upgrade“ to a hollowtech II Bb and Crankset.
