Probably a stupid question, please bear with me. So I've never owned or ridden a bike for long enough to get to the point where the outer tyres need replacing, and this bike is second hand so I have no idea how many miles had been ridden on these tyres, so i can't jusdge it by miles ridden for an indication of wear. My question is, do they need replacing? They are continental ultra sports IIIs 28C, if that makes any difference.

These tires have indicator holes, so you can just check. Although this look fine, maybe clean the debris and check if the carcass is intact and not exposed.
