Based in Berlin, Germany, I just got my new Grizl bike. However, after following the guide and installing all the components, I hear friction sounds on both the front and back disc brakes. I did a 3-min ride around the block, to test the brakes, the sounds are still there. The front one is an actual squeak, the back one is a small friction.

The back one is a more discreet friction sound: https://imgur.com/a/N8LRAU1
Contacted Canyon by email, but no reply yet. What should I do? I could take to a local bike professional, but will I get reimbursed for the repair costs? Must I take to a Canyon Service Partner (far from me)? Seems weird when the bike is fresh out of the box.
Edit: the transmission and brake system is a Campagnolo Ekar

i had the similar squeek as well. Grail AL 7 AXS. apparently typical SRAM thing for new brake system. after bedding process it went all fine again but i did few clearance adjustment during the bedding phase. basically loosen up screws, brake lever fully pulled, and retightened the screws. that’s all
