Unfortunately my beloved new Gravelita (Grizl CF SL 8 1by) fell over while I was opening the house door and there are stones and a curb next to it. Just saw this. 😠It doesn’t feel different / softer there or makes another sound, but would you maybe know whether it’s safe to ride the bike to a repair shop or not? Unfortunately the next canyon repair ship is not right around the corner.

You could probably try contacting Canyon because I don’t think it should do that just by falling over. Otherwise try taking it to a bike shop. I would say it should be safe to ride but I’m no expert.
Contact Canyon, that has to be under warranty, this is just to big of a dent to be repaired at a simple repair shop anyways
I dunno why people saying about warranty, it clearly user error. But carbon is repairable, so go to local bike shop and fix it.
Wait where is your protective tape ?
