Got a Domane AL5. I’ve been having issues with shifting even after LBS did adjustments. The issue is mainly with chain jumping in the middle of the cassette, and sometimes not shifting in smaller sprockets. I’m wondering if this angle might be too tight that could be causing these shifting issues?

Did they adjust the B screw?
Take it to another bike shop should be easy to fix maybe it’s bent. If the bike shop can’t figure it out that tells you they don’t know what they’re doing.
That’s a little shorter than I’d like, maybe 1/2 inch/ 15mm.
But it shouldn’t be causing the problems you’re describing. Have the derailleur hanger alignment checked. It can be off even on a brand new bike.
for my tastes, yes, slightly. i do hope that the housing was cut while bent into that shape, otherwise some strands will be pulling back on the outside of the curve and others will be pushing in on the inside of the curve.
i do doubt that it’s the cause of your shifting problems, though.
I’ve seen shorter housing loops on some Trek bikes because the internal cable routing uses up the entire length of a standard cable. We had to switch to tandem length cables on a few bikes to get that housing loop longer.
