The cranks have this play in them thats quite shifty, I thought the cranks might be worn but they have even play on both sides. BB has recently been replaced, this shifting was present before and after BB replacement. The spindle does not move with this shifting, just the cranks. I also do not think it is just chain tension changing.
Any thoughts would be great!

your chainring is getting loose from the cranks, replace that thing, happened to me too, those kinds of cranksets aren’t made for fixed
Looks like it’s not in the chainring or the spider but in the cranks and spindle itself. What kind of cranks do you have? Can we have a close up?
