comon sense – and also how it is in Denmark.. You always has to yield for the "weaker" part.. Car for a bike, bike for a pedestrian.. But sometimes – small triangles show, you as a cyclist has to yield for the car..

Is the multitinker custom order only? Also, I thought they were going to be belt driven, but don't see an option for that on their site. Any insight?

The US doesn't have shark teeth? They are pretty common in whole western Europe, not just the Netherlands.
