Pirelli Pzero Race TLR 30 popped off Enve SES AR

I was riding along with my month old Pirelli Pzero Race TLR and the tire burped and got unseated from the rim on one side. Was able to get it to seal again with co2 load and rode back home without any issues. When I got home I pumped the tire up to 70 psi overnight. Next morining I got it back to 65 and went on my sunday ride. 16km in, my rear tire again popped off the rim but this time fully. I mounted the tire again and my valve core broke whe I tried to get it to inflate again and was left stranded. Luckily my GF was able to pick me up.

This led me to do some research and noticed that the tire compatibility chart from Enve showed that my wheels are compatible with the same model tire but only in size 28.

I had ridden this tire for a month no problem and then this happened. I also damaged the tire when I rode off the flat while I got to a stop (image attached). The mechanic also sent me a pic of the tubeless tape and it seems that it was coming somewhat undone.

What is the veredict? I find it hard to believe that the size 28 tire is compatible and the size 30 isnt. Both of them are hookless.
