Want to get into biking and looking to spend around $300. Found this on FBMP for $300. From what I understand, it’s easier a fixie with no brakes and some upgrades components. Is this a good buy? I see that the fork is drilled to allow a front brake installation which I will probably get done by my local shop.
Let me know what questions I can ask the seller to get a better idea of if this is a good deal or if I need to ask to bring the price down.

Definitely not a good deal. Windsor fixie on bikes direct is $239 new.
