This is listed for $125 near me. From what I can tell these steel Allez frames are great but I can't find anything about what year this is. From my minimal knowledge and Google searching all the steel Allez models I can find have down tube shifters. Did they put integrated shifters on a steel Allez? And should I stop worrying about it and just buy it at this price?

Nice. If it fits and the frame is not damaged, quit worrying and buy it.
Ill guess it’s from 1989 tb 1997. The clues are lugged steel, quill stem, threaded headset, fastback seat stay attachment with integrated bolt, down tube shifter bosses, Shimano 8-speed levers. The levers could be aftermarket. The saddle and front skewer look non-original.
