Hi, I just put this chain on monday and it already snapped. I did a ride on it on Tuesday, 30 kms in a flat terrain and was completely fine, no issues. I go out in the mountains and on the first climb about 7% gradient it snaps. Do you think I can file for a warranty complaint and the supplier will send a new one? Or do I have to buy one? It's very weird, I had a chain for about 5000 kilometers no issues.

To me it looks like the connecting pin was over set. I would just replace the pin if there’s no signs of it being damaged beyond that
Did you get it from Amazon? Could be counterfeit.
You could use this as an opportunity to fit a quick link. They make chain maintainance much easier.
When you have some extra time and money. Replace your rear brake cable, it’s frayed and shouldn’t be smashed like that.
