So i’ve been riding my grizl 8 about 3 months now, did around 1500km with it and then this happened and i dont know what to do. Canyon doesnt have warranty on drivertrain parts..has this happened to anyone else? And yes the top of the piramid is tightend.

Take the wheel out and check your cassette lock ring
Take your wheel off, and check your cassette lock ring for tension/proper torque.
I had this happen to me last week. My cassette lock ring was loose because it was cross threaded. Yours might just be loose
That’s the problem with online bike shopping. On the other hand this is where your diy bike maintenance learning journey will start so it’s not that bad either. Check out some video how to replace your cassette and see if you can replicate those steps.
Check the Lockring and when it’s 11 speed check if there’s a spacer behind the cassette.

I had the same problem. Get some service, full maintenance. Your freehub needs to be cleaned and greased. That should do it.
As other said lock ring but also check if the cassette is assembled correctly. Sometimes there is a small ring at the base between the wheel and the cassette. Make sure you did not loose it. Without the ring you can have the lock ring tight but it will still have movement.
Check if the spacers are aligned properly or if the cassette is loose
