Buying first bike for the road in a while. Plan to use it for a 200 mile city to city bike ride over two days in the Northwest. It will be mostly flat, on the road/paved. Will the 1×11 be an issue on flat roads? Any info/opinions/help would be much appreciated.
Description from seller:
2021 Canyon Grail AL 7 1×11
Large frame (~57-58cm)
Carbon fork. Upgraded to tubeless setup with Riddler 45×700 tires for more gravel focused riding. Changed saddle out for WTB Pure. GRX 800/600 drivetrain on a 1×11 system. A couple paint scuffs on the top tube from resting on wooden post otherwise in great condition with no crashes! Its been an awesome bike for the gravel riding around here but looking to get a more commuting/bikepacking friendly setup. Thule rack and pedals not included (unless you're interested in the rack).

I dunno I feel like you can get a new Trek Domane AL for the same price MSRP as this used one. Both are alloy frame and carbon fork. Both have similar stock components.
ETA the upgrades are not super significant I think. And alloy frames fatigue over time as well. I’ve never ridden GRX group set tho.
I’m pretty sure it was priced around that ballpark NEW. (considering some of the Trail Sale discounts they had)
See if you can work them down to like 1200
Take it for a long ride first. There’s no local support- and LBS aren’t thrilled with working on them.
It was probably about $1800 new, so depending on how many miles it’s done and how it’s been looked after you might want to negotiate down a little to account for new chain, cassette, tires if required.

No. U can get one similarly priced brand new or cheaper during a sale
