I recently tried to install my new Specialized Pathfinder Pro 47mm Tires on my wheel but it won’t seat to the rim. Never had similar issues when I used 40mm tires. The wheels are Leeze Allroad AC 35 with hooks and a rim width of 24mm and an inner rim width of 20mm. Leeze says tires between 25-45mm are compatible. I understand that 47mm tires may potentially be too much for my rims? Are there compatibility issues?
I have tried some recommended methods for troubleshooting (e.g. preseating with a tube installed; tensioning the tire with a strap wrapped around the Tire on the rim) without success. My pump is bad however.. I read that using a compressor may help.

obviously use a compressor first
if that somehow doesn’t work (doubtful) you need to apply more layers of rimtape to create a tighter fit.
Soap water?
I’d try supporting the tire by pressing against the rim where stem is to help seal the system. Also make sure the bead is as far out away from rim channel to help facilitate closure.
Using a hand pump?
Try using an inner tube to seat at least one side then remove tube and re-attempt
The bead does not look set at all. Some tips:
1- Never ever ever put the sealant in before you seat the beads, no matter what anybody tells you.
2- Seat the bead using a compressor, CO2, or one of those canister pumps. However, first make sure the tire is spread out with each side near the edge of the rim, it will help. Also, remove the valve core before sending in air to seat the bead.
3- Put the sealant using a syringe/injector with the valve core removed, rotate the wheel so the valve is up top before reinserting the core and inflating so you don’t much up the core too much.
4- If all this fails to perfectly seat the bead, use a bit of soap water.
Why do people like tubeless, again?
Make up some really strong dish soap and water solution get a brush and wipe the tyre walls with the bubbles only.
Take out the valve core first.
Put the sealant in after the pop of scary ness.
I seat my mtb tyres just using a track pump.
