I just picked up this bike second hand with a RockShox TK Gold/29 air fork. The only issue I have with it is that the lockout cap won’t stay unlocked. Is it possible to pick up a repair kit and/or replacement lock out cap for this model air fork?

It’s missing a cable with a remote lever. It’s spring operated, so it will stay locked unless the cable is pulling on it.
Either you can source a lockout lever and cable (probably any generic one will work).
Or you can affix it in place. I would use tying wire and thread it in the eyes where the original cable goes, and tie it so it stays open.
Or a thin ziptie if you manage to fit it.
