Endurace CF8 Di2 – Headset/Cockpit Noise

I received my new CF8 today and as soon as I took it out of the box I heard this popping/creaking noise coming from what appears to be the headset area.

I took the headset apart, applied grease on the bottom crown, the headset area, cables, wedge and anything I could think could make that noise and nothing seems to fix the problem.

I searched here and couldn't find anything. Any ideas? I already raised a ticket with customer service but was hoping someone else has encountered the same issue. One thing to note, this is the CP0030 Cockpit which I couldn't find much info on.
