New handlebar, grips, chain, stifter, levers for the brakes and tires from a bike for which i buyed new ones. Had to block the biggest chainring in the back because the chain would be to steep and fall of in the front. Any tips against this problem. New chainring in the front?
And what’s your general opinion on this piece, what would you change and what do you like?

Very nice. What stem and threadless adapter have you got there? And what have you done with the cranks? — I’ve never seen that before.
Edit: So you must like the size of the large chainring and moved it to the middle position to use it as a single. But it’s not playing well with your largest cog in back?… coming off in front. Interesting. It’s generally possible to cross chain big to big, even though not recommended. Ah, but in that case there would have been a derailleur involved, helping to keep the chain in place. Now, though, your best bet would be to get a narrow wide chain ring in the size that you already like or a different size you would prefer.
And you can eliminate the other chain ring(s), though you will probably need a set of shorter chainring bolts to compensate for the change in thickness.
