Every time I go for a ride this is what my HR looks like. I don’t feel like the ride is strenuous and if anything I feel it in my legs and don’t feel like my cardio is limited. I have a normal resting BPM and BP. Maybe the monitor is reading wrong? How would I know? Any advice appreciated. Apologies if this is the wrong sub to post.

Check the monitor by manually taking your pulse, but those readings are very likely wrong.
Is your watch loose? I used to get crazy readings when my apple watch was loose. However, I would get the opposite, really low readings.
If you’re pretty young and you naturally have a high heart rate, these readings could be accurate. They do seem potentially high though.
Do you have any sense of what your threshold heart rate actually is? It’s probably not 170 bpm. Go “all out” for half an hour or so and note what your average HR is over that interval. Then you can set your threshold HR accordingly and set your zones based on that.
3 hrs at zone 5 brooo. How do you feel then?
