whatsoever so him and Constable Jordan Bruce had to make false allegations to the road traffic offense which we’ll get into a little bit more near the end and also we’re going to talk a bit more about quite Miss Phillip’s mug shot so me and Phillip we do not like each other we have a mutual kind of agreement when we see each other but we do not like each other I despise him and he despises me the guy also arrested me for a public order offense outside my home for getting his face with my camera when he was doing the exact same to my sister when he was trying to force her back and tell her not to record when he had his grubby hands on her fell chasing him around this I to whatever went on there is irrelevant for him arresting me I went outside to see what was going on because I got too close into his face um he shoved me back and then Sergeant K arrested me on the took me down to the floor arrested me with con with Sergeant Philip Hyman took me to Green Bank police station and yeah got me done for a public order offense the Muppet yeah out this morning time we did for purpose of search just put your phone there subject ACC this as well so don’t worry about that it going to release fo Rel find the system under your name not told us of you you have no way of getting this footage because we don’t know so you just heard Constable Jordan Bruce and also Sergeant Philip Hyman state that I will not get the footage from that night because they do not know who I am ticket yeah we asked you for the Stop search ticket said who who does this fo relate you know I’m not legally obliged to give you my name you know but then you’re not going to get your footage are you we’ll see about that when I S to the same situation over Mery side how how stupid are these guys people how stupid are these guys I cannot access this I cannot get this subject access request for this footage cuz apparently I’m not given my name when [Applause] know changed now I can get it now the stoping search from the detained when I was detained in cofed at Glenfield Business Park and also saw another report from the same night but on some weird circumstances and it’s a very odd coincidence that this happened but let’s get into it so take a look at this here is the Stop and search form so I seen here it says are you willing to assist in the search and he puts yes not once did I um assist to this search whatsoever so that is false allegations right there as you can see from the screen on the letter so on this section it says object of search and it states articles for burglary theft fraud damage or going equipped what the hell guys so the officer’s report in question reports grounds of search reports of a male acting suspiciously near to businesses premises in the middle of the night male had his face covered and was causing alarm to security guards who felt the need to call the police man found nearby and detained for a search for any items that he could use for stealing or any stolen property what a joke guys absolute joke so here we have the other sections where it still clearly states where no no no not yes blah blah blah and we have the officers in questions officer one Jordan Bruce fre 97 rank Sergeant male white British then we have officer two Gareth Dunston 1185 Constable male white British then we have officer three Alex Moore Mor or something 64 64 constable and he’s a male and then on this section it just shows um his response to why he detained me which is an absolute joke just look at the state of that guys here we are have a read of that absolute pathetic or what and then here we have the officer that actually detained me 4577 Philip Hagman or whatever it says constable and it says he’s a constable when he actually has the sergeant rank on which is quite strange people so did anybody notice that Constable Jordan Bruce stated he was a sergeant and Sergeant Philip Hyman stated he was a constable on the Stop and search form both lied on that stop and search form and provided false information and then not only that they stated that they did not know me whatsoever so is the final section so a couple of days ago I received the letter and it says you have been reported for the offense of the use of a pedal cycle on the road when front/rear position lamp retro reflector were not fitted correctly to regulations 18/1 of the road vehicle lighting regulations 1989 and section 98 of the Road Traffic offense is Act 1988 at Philips tro Blackburn on the 11th of the 8th 2023 at 318 a.m. so then it gives me two choices to accept the conditional offer of a fixed penalty Nace of 50 Quid or to request a Magistrate’s court hearing so after this audit they didn’t have nothing on me whatsoever so they was absolutely but hurt so a couple of weeks later I received a letter through the the post um saying I had I was getting done for a raw traffic offense and to pay a 50 fix penalty notice now I ignored that because I thought that was a joke but the moral to this is they both lied in off and stated I’ve got the full paperwork and everything but they both stated which clearly heard that they did not know me but yet they reported me to a raw traffic offense and inside the docu inside the um record it states that they know exactly who I am this other the T so they both made false allegations and I’m going to make a full video
