You obviously can build up a gravel bike to get much lower gearing, especially with a mullet setup.
But a lot are still just 1:1 ratio between the 1x chainring and largest rear cog.
Maybe a little less like 40/42
I’m definitely not suggesting you shouldn’t get a new bike (just did the opposite myself, from gravel to full road bike) just that your current bike tyre clearance and gearing actually seem pretty good
