You put it back on? Put some assembly paste in the thread and preferably torque it to spec if available.
The thread still looks good, i wouldn’t mind it too much

Take the other one off (need crank extractor for that), reattach both at 90deg from original position to avoid play as it looks that the square taper is not really square anymore. If it stays loose or still has play after screwing the bolts tight (might want to buy new hex bolts) you could replace both the bracket and the crankset. Shimano 22/33/44 Triple crankset / bsa square taper bracket and tool will set you back about 75 euro dollars.

Unscrew the dust cap. The nut should be inside. Put the crank back on, and tighten the nut. Probably 14mm or 15mm. It should be good-n-tight. A normal socket may not fit due to the wall thickness of the socket. Some people grind down a socket, or get the correct crank bolt wrench.
