I hadn't serviced these forks since I got the bike. Recently they had been compressing far too quickly through the travel, with minimal load and feeling rough. I got the relevant service manual, rebuild kit, oils and grease. I've rebuilt them this morning. Cleaning everything with isopropyl replacing sponges, orings, seals, gliders etc. Refilled oil correct weight and volume. I've no bottomless tokens. They feel plush now. The only thing is they still seem to have some sag with no load. Is this normal? Do I add a small amount more oil into the drive side leg?

I’m just slightly concerned I’m losing a bit of travel.
Add air pressure
Fork suck down, air trapped in the negative chamber? I think, you could try and release all the air slowly (releasing air fast can cause this in the first place) and then pump it up gradually like 20psi increments and cycle the fork up and down through 30% ish of its travel slowly to try and allow the trapped air to migrate back to the positive chamber.
