
I managed to snap a chain stay on my Poseidon Redwood after about two years and 3,000 miles.
Luis didn’t miss a beat and had a new frameset sent to me at $0 cost. Spent the weekend swapping everything over and I’m back to riding.
Solid.

All warranties are valid to the original owner only.
Before you build your bike, it is strongly recommended that you have a professional bicycle mechanic put your bicycle together if you are unfamiliar with bicycle assembly. Your warranty covers MANUFACTURING defects. The following items do not fall under our warranty: stripped bolts, stripped threading, stripped crank-arms, stripped pedals, stripped nuts, and any other type of damage caused by an improper installation.
