So I’m looking for a new bike, I’d say I’m beginner to low level intermediate in terms of skill. I’ll be riding xc long rides as well as single track, trail and some smaller scale bike park jumps/trails in the uk.

All good choices. For myself, if I didn’t do my own maintenance, I’d probably get the Giant as we have a lot of Giant dealers in my area. Of course, you’re somewhere else and if maintenance and support are no concern to you then just buy the one with the paint job you like best.
If the trails are predominantly smooth where you live, I like the Orbea. If you are constantly rolling over roots and rock, I’d go with the Polygon but stretch my budget to get the D7 which is well worth the premium over the D6.
