Hello everyone!
I didn't use my front derailleur for a while because i used it indoor.
Now i plugged in the batteries and all i get is the blinking as seen in the video. It doesn't connect to the system or the app.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

I don’t know what state that is. Can it be paired to other devices? If not, try forcing a firmware update:
1. Remove battery
2. Hold AXS button
3. Reinstall battery
4. Search for the device in the app. Try to do a firmware update on it.
Have you tried manually connecting it to the system, not through app. (note Rear derailleur must be in paring mode to connect shifters and Front derailleur)Neither the app or the system can connect to the fd by its self, the entire brain of the system is the RD.
In this exact order have you done these steps?
1~put the rear derailleur into pairing mode by holding down the AXS button untill the green light starts flashing, and continues when you take your finger off.
2~while the rear derailleur is in paring mode, hold the FD ASX button untill light on RD flashes fast, then release. repeat for each shifter one at a time.
3~ after all item on system outside RD are paired to RD press the RD ASX button until flashing light stops about 2-3 secs.
This is how you pair sram ASX. If you did those in that exact order and still no pairing something is wrong with the FD, and may need warranty or replaced, as that could be a faulty transmitter, and non serviceable. But without seeing in person cant say for sure.
