Spectral 27.5 AL 5 or Polygon Siskiu T7 for first full-suspension?

I have upped my budget and am now looking at the Spectral 27.5 AL 5 ($1900) and the Siskiu T7 ($1900).

The Spectral has slightly more suspension travel at 160mm/150mm vs 150mm/140mm on the T7.

My current bike is a Marin Palisades Trail 2 with a 100mm Rockshox Judy Coil Fork. I am in Southern California and would like to hit the bike parks more often. Currently, I enjoy riding Green and Blue trails with a preference for tech and flow. Not so much into jumping or hitting massive drops at the moment, but would like to get there at some point.

The concern I have with the bikes above, is that they might have too much suspension travel. Are there better options I should be looking at? Thanks in advance!
